Your mantle is begging for a monogrammed linen holiday stocking chainstitched with your or your loved one's name or initials! Each stocking is near zero-waste: handcrafted from linen textile leftovers and features a loop so you can easily hang it anywhere in your home. Each stocking includes one name, word or initials (up to 12 characters or 3 initials) chainstitched in your choice of thread color. If no thread color is chosen, Kait will choose what she thinks looks best!
**ORDER BY DEC 10 FOR HOLIDAY DELIVERY: your stocking is embroidered completely to order, so please allow a few weeks for shipping. I am guaranteeing Christmas (Dec 25) delivery in the continental if ordered by 12/10 and if priority USPS shipping is selected. If you are not in a hurry, let me know in your order notes.
No computers are involved in the monogramming process: each stocking is freehand script embroidered with my vintage Singer 114w103 industrial chainstitch embroidery machine from the 40s.
Chainstitch embroidery works best with lower-case cursive script lettering, so all-caps words are not ideal and initials will not include a period next to each letter.
Ordering Instructions:
- Choose the stocking color you prefer
- Write your personalization (name/word limit of 14 characters or 3 initials)
- Choose a thread color for your embroidery
Stocking Details:
• Size is approx 7x17"
• Finished with a loop for hanging
• Made from 100% European flax, certified linen
• Stone washed for maximum softness
Care of your stocking(s): For longevity, I recommend hand washing with cool water and laying flat to dry. If you’re in a pinch, washing cold delicate and hanging to dry is also okay. You may lightly iron or steam if needed (although I prefer my linen wrinkled). Unlike some of my other garment care instructions, do not dry clean the linen stocking as it can weaken the fibers.

I offer shipping options from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. I only ship out items twice a week: on Saturdays and Wednesdays (barring any federal holidays). Please refer to each item's listed turnaround time for questions about order timing, and please allow for more shipping time during these unprecedented times.
The address you enter at checkout is the address I will use to ship your item to.

Bottom line: I do not accept returns, but I do allow exchanges on some items. Many of my items are one-of-a-kind or personalized in some way, so offering open-ended returns is just not manageable for me.
