Shipping Options and Timing

I offer shipping options from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. I usually ship out items twice a week: on Saturdays and Wednesdays (barring any federal holidays). Please refer to each item's listed turnaround time for questions about order timing, and please allow for more shipping time during these unprecedented times. 

The address you enter at checkout is the address I will use to ship your item to. If you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout, please email me ASAP at help@kaitmakes.com and I will do my best to update your shipping address before your order ships out, but may not be able to catch all orders in time.

Items such as stickers may ship without a tracking number via USPS Snail Mail. If you want a tracking number, please request that at checkout. 

Shipping Issues

If your item(s) arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please email: help@kaitmakes.com and I'll do my best to work something out with you. Due to lots of structural issues, USPS is not quite as reliable as they used to be. If you're worried about this, I recommend either picking up your order from my studio or choosing another shipping vendor at checkout. Ultimately I cannot control USPS and if your order never arrives I will do what I can, but may not always be able to just ship out another item, as much of what I do is custom and made-to-order. Thank you for your understanding.

Packaging

I do my best to ship all items in economical and eco-friendly packaging. I often recycle packaging and am working toward fully-compostable packaging.
