Luggage tags measure 5x2.5in and come with a matching brass keychain to attach to your luggage and interior contact card. The vinyl window slot also fits a standard business card. Each tag was conceptualized and designed by Kait and manufactured in a small USA studio out of sturdy wool & acrylic felt.
Write your custom text (9 character max incl. spaces) in the provided box and pick a couple of preferred thread colors in the order of most wanted to least from the choices listed.
Turnaround times for custom chainstitch is a standard 2 weeks, but will often ship faster. I put 2 weeks just to account for shifting workload and any machine maintenance. Each tag is hand-stitched by me so your patience is appreciated!

I offer shipping options from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. I only ship out items twice a week: on Saturdays and Wednesdays (barring any federal holidays). Please refer to each item's listed turnaround time for questions about order timing, and please allow for more shipping time during these unprecedented times.

Bottom line: I do not accept returns, but I do allow exchanges on some items. Many of my items are one-of-a-kind or personalized in some way, so offering open-ended returns is just not manageable for me.
