No scrunchie I could find was big enough, so I made my own (with help from my friend Lauren aka Kind Finds!) Each satin scrunchie is hand cut, sewn, and constructed right here in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and includes custom personalization in your choice of thread color. I suggest one initial or a short word or name to maintain the ruffle in your scrunchie! 

No computers are involved in my monogramming process: each scrunchie is embroidered freehand with my chainstitch machine from the 1940’s.

Ordering Instructions:

  1. Choose the scrunchie color you prefer
  2. Write your personalization (name/word limit of 7 characters or up to 2 initials)
  3. Choose a thread color for your embroidery

Scrunchie Details:
• Approx. 8.5" in diameter laid flat and inner circumference stretches to ~16"
• Hand sewn & finished with a small Kait Makes tag
• Made from satin fabric for no creasing or snags

    Care of your scrunchie(s): For longevity, I recommend hand washing with cool water and laying flat to dry.

    Shipping

    I offer shipping options from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. I only ship out items twice a week: on Saturdays and Wednesdays (barring any federal holidays). Please refer to each item's listed turnaround time for questions about order timing, and please allow for more shipping time during these unprecedented times. 

    The address you enter at checkout is the address I will use to ship your item to.

    Returns/Exchanges

    Bottom line: I do not accept returns, but I do allow exchanges on some items. Many of my items are one-of-a-kind or personalized in some way, so offering open-ended returns is just not manageable for me. If you are ultimately unhappy with your purchase or customization, please email me (help@kaitmakes.com) and I'll do everything I can do make it right.
